🛠 If You Ordered Repair Services
If you purchased our hoverboard repair service, please ensure you follow the steps in the description on the repair service page.
Note: You are responsible for getting the hoverboard to us, then we are responsible for shipping it back once repaired.
🕛 Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing means our time spent packaging them together and preparing them for pickup by a mail service carrier.
Business days are weekdays where both the United States Post Office / UPS and our company are both open. Much like these companies, we are not open on major holidays.
🚚 Shipping Time
Depending on the shipping method, most orders are delivered in accordance with a fairly standard shipping schedule and arrive anywhere between 2-6 business days from the date they are processed. The closer you are us on the west coast, the faster shipping speed will be.
Note: Weekend orders will not be shipped until Monday as no shipping carriers pickup from business addresses on the weekends.
📬 Shipping Methods
As a general rule, we ship hoverboards via UPS Ground and everything else via USPS. We rarely ship via FedEx or DHL.

📦 Receiving Your Order
A common problem in today's age are porch pirates 🏴☠️. These are people who watch your home for drop-offs of seemingly valuable merchandise, like a hoverboard. While we do our best to cover up what is inside the box, we highly recommend keeping an eye on tracking as your order makes it's way toward you. The best think you can do to avoid being a victim of package theft is to be home when your package is delivered.

The best way to contact us with questions is online via live chat or through our contact form (which sends us an email). Sales phone calls (in case you forgot to order something perhaps) are usually responded to within a day, but our customer and repair support is generally online only as it allows us to respond the fastest.
