Christmas Shipping Schedule

It's that time of year where we all need to be sure that the gifts we order online will make it to us on time. When the holidays hit, we prepare ahead of time and ship our products as fast as we possibly can.

Standard Shipping

We ship hoverboards via UPS ground and all other items generally ship via USPS. UPS ground follows an always-updated Christmas shipping schedule schedule (enter ship-from zip 89103), and an example from Christmas season 2018 is listed below for your reference as well. 

Expedited Shipping

For 2019 and 2020, expedited shipping is available for certain items. You will see this as option at checkout. Yes, its expensive. Hoverboards weigh an average of 30lbs and have dimensions of 10x10x24 up to 13x14x28. Reference the chart below and call us if you need to learn more.

We can ship hoverboards overnight, but make no guarantees as to the delivery time or date. There is also the possibility of an interruption due to hazardous goods inspections. This is not our choice, but the rule of the FAA with regard to products containing lithium ion batteries. There will be an extra fee for this service as well. Please contact us if you need overnight service.

Hoverboard Karts & Parts

Hoverboard karts normally ship via UPS while most parts ship via the United States Post Office. USPS takes 2-3 days via Priority Mail and 3-5 days via First Class mail, depending on your location.

Processing and Handling

We do our very best to ship items same day as long as the order is received by no later than 3:00pm PST, and is in-stock (aka not a preorder or special order item).

We prioritize orders for new hoverboards, parts, and accessories before we process repair orders as the repairs take longer to process and we are overloaded during the 10-14 day period leading up to Christmas.
